Hung Eddywing PhD, CEO & Founder

Hung is a degree-qualified, certified Enterprise Architect and Portfolio Manager experienced in overseeing a number of multi-million dollar enterprise architecture, portfolio management, business process management and system integration projects and programs. He has over 20+ years of system and process integration, innovative and customer-focused ICT management consulting experience in major international banking and financial institutions including the Development Bank of Singapore, Citibank Hong Kong, Aozora Bank Tokyo, NASDAQ, Reuters New York and the Mexican, Brazilian, Taiwan and Shanghai Stock Exchanges. Before founding GMO Alliance Hung, as an enterprise architect, has greatly contributed to several major ICT transformation programs for the City of the Gold Coast. Hung is married with four children and lives on the Gold Coast. In his spare time, he enjoys surfing, fishing, sailing and exploring other cultures worldwide.

Ken Laurie B.Sc CISA, Security, Risk & Assurance Team Lead

Ken has over 35 years experience in ICT with more than 20 years within the fields of Security Governance, Security Strategy, Security Reviews, Risk Assessments, Project Management and Compliance of organisations to relevant legislation and correct standards such as Sarbanes Oxley, Australian Government’s Protective Security Manual and CoBIT. Ken has extensive Risk Assessment experience, having conducted risk assessments for NEMMCO, Queensland Rail, CASA and the Department of Immigration and Citizenship. He has worked across industries such as Utilities, Transport and Public Service (Immigration, AusAID, Defence, Centrelink) as well as extensive working experience in England, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore and Australia. Ken has a Bachelor of Science from Deakin University, Geelong, Victoria. Ken also has the following certifications, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), GIAC System and Network Auditor (GSNA), Prince 2 Practitioner and Payment Card Industry Qualified Security Assessor (PCI-QSA). Ken also presented ‘Implementing and Improving ICT Governance using CobIT’ at the Tonkin Corporation conference ’Public Sector Information Security’ 2010.

Tilo Buck Principal Technical Consultant

Tilo has 20 years international experience in ICT and has developed a great passion for all aspects of Information Management. Throughout various roles in multiple countries and industries he has gained extensive experience in Document and Data Management, Business Intelligence, Database-driven Web development, Business Analysis, System Design & Development, as well as Spatial Data, GIS and Remote Sensing imagery. Tilo has successfully managed projects in both large complex organisations, as well as small, fast-paced multi-million dollar start-up companies. He has also worked in various consultancies for the United Nations during challenging Disaster Relief situations in Indonesia. In these roles Tilo mentored local staff and advised Government officials on data management strategies and how to leverage on their existing data sets to improve disaster response times in the future. While working for a start-up mining company he managed the implementation of new Data Capture Systems - which resulted in 90% cost-savings, of the company’s BI capacity and of GIS Data Policies & Strategies. In his most recent role, Tilo looked after the customisation and integration of the Document Management System for one of Australia’s largest Councils. Tilo holds a degree in Geo-Information Sciences, Earth Sciences and Meteorology which he passed with distinction. He did his thesis with the German Aerospace Centre on the applied use of Airborne Radar Imagery. However, his inquisitive nature and multiple interests combined with his analytic mind allowed him to constantly expand into new areas. Tilo loves to get his head around new technologies and to apply his versatile skills to improve business workflows and solve people’s problems.”

Vinoy Joseph Principal Project Manager

Vinoy is a Project Manager based in Melbourne, Australia. Vinoy has over 14 years of experience in Project and Program Management in domains such as IT and IT Enabled Services. He is PMP, ITIL and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified professional. During his recent tenure, Vinoy has been instrumental in implementing Quality programs across Asia Pacific region under Quality and Customer Services organization of HP Inc. (Formerly Hewlett Packard). A strong customer advocate at heart with insight into what makes IT a more useful tool.

David Levi Head of Security Practice

David Levi is a highly experienced Information Systems Security Professional. He is a member of the Australian Information Security Association, and the Information Systems Audit Control Association. David is a seasoned technical executive in the Information Security industry. Starting as a consultant to retail and chain store e-security. Following this he accepted a post with Network ICE in San Mateo and managed technical and sales operations for Asia Pacific. After Network ICE’s acquisition by Internet Security Systems (Now IBM Security) in 2001 David served with their X-Force professional services arm delivering high end e-security consultancy and advice to leading Australian corporations and Commonwealth Government. Following this, David managed a cyber-security firm specializing in penetration testing and advanced threat detection and prevention. In 2012 David founded 5th Level Consulting, a company which specialise in corporate information systems security, assurance and integrity services. 5th Level Consulting delivers services to customers in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and Singapore in the Government, Banking, Gaming, Medical / Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Telecommunications and Passenger Air Travel industries.

Dr. Zoran Milosevic Director of Digital Business

Zoran is a specialist IT architect, with strategic and hands-on skills in enterprise and solution architecture, information architecture, integration and interoperability, process and policy modelling, and BI, including real-time analytics. Zoran has worked in a wide variety of complex environments spanning consulting, services, research, standardization and software development.
With close to 30 experience in many national and international leading edge projects, of which over 10 years at key national and international e-health engagements, Zoran has delivered many industry and leading-edge solutions of significant value. This includes improving semantics of UML2.0 to better model business processes, developing a computable policy language to better model and enforce obligations, permissions, privacy, consent and other policies, and architecting and developing a Complex Event Processing software to support real-time analytics and data stream processing in many domains. In digital health area, this includes developing service semantics and ontology to better model services and clinical workflows, developing national e-health interoperability framework, published at the Australian Digital Health Agency website, contributing to the HL7 Service Aware

Dr. Adel Bakhtiyari Strategy Consultant

Adel Bakhtiyari has extensive experience in strategic & operational planning in oil and gas industry. This includes analysing business requirement and translating them into functional and non-functional specification, team management, workshop facilitation, business process modelling (BPMN), Business Architecture analysis, Business Capability Modelling, enterprise modelling language ArchiMate, UML, know the architectural concepts of Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), requirements definition, product evaluation, product testing, review & recommendations, excellent presentation, communication and organizational skills.
He architected and developed numerous invoicing, expense, vendor and document management systems. Specifically in his previous role, he developed business / product / digital strategy road maps. Gained experience in digital business analysis and stakeholder management.

Ken has a 15 year career history in hospitality and retail and 14 years in ICT. The 2002 transition to the ICT sector in finance and telecommunications began with sales teams of a leading national telecommunication provider. Technical customer and business support with another leading national ISP included team leader responsibilities, dealing with internal tech support and external business integrators. Ken's private business was established in 2002 and currently provides project management, technical advice and webapp development.
